Technical Information and Documentation
Empower’s Technical Information and Documentation site has several protected areas that require you to enter a username and password. If you already have an ID and password from our previous Empagio or Unitime support site, it has not changed.

If You are a Tesseract HR and Payroll User:
If this is your first time entering a Support Ticket, please click the “Create Account” button after clicking the link above. For an introduction to the ticketing system and its use, please view the Client Ticketing System introduction (PDF document).
Note: If you have already been prompted for a username and password, and entered something that did not work, you can clear the username by deleting the name from the authentication dialog box the next time you come across it.
